In our country the six high-risk industry, the coal industry is ranked first, we can imagine, as the coal mine senior managers, physical and mental pressure they faced is most other industries and enterprises cannot match. Especially since the beginning of 2012, the price of coal fell sharply, business losses, coal top management job stress becomes more and greater. Review existing literature found that, for the coal mine senior managers' working pressure little research, this paper coal mine executives working pressure were evaluated by the theoretical and empirical research method of combining. The main research work and conclusions are as follows:(1) This paper designs a survey questionnaire on coal mine senior managers' work pressure, which is in line with the background of the present age and the industry, based on existing pressure questionnaires, combined with the characteristics of coal mine senior managers' work pressure and the current situation of the industry. SPSS19.0 is used to analyze the questionnaire data, this paper uses factor analysis, regression analysis, etc. to refine it into 14 factors, they are individual factors: work ability and work experience, self quality, AB type personality, interpersonal relationship, health status; organizational factors: work overload and safety production, organizational support, job insecurity, role ambiguity, operating pressure; environmental factors: industry status, policies and regulations, technical conditions of production, social stability.(2) On the basis of the composition of the 14 stress factors, this paper analyzed the adverse reaction signal of physiology and psychology indicates which kind of pressure. The results show that adverse physiological reactions indicates the pressure from the self quality, health status, job insecurity and role ambiguity; adverse psychological reactions indicates the pressure from health, work overload and the safety in production, enterprise environment, policies and regulations, the technical conditions of production.(3) The study finds that at the present stage of coal prices falling and company losing, coal mine senior managers' work pressure mainly comes from three aspects, including industry conditions, safety in production and operating pressure. It's different from the conclusions of golden period of coal, at that stage the most important pressure comes from safety production.(4) This paper builds the evaluation model used to examine the pressure intensity and important sources of a coal mine senior manager. Firstly, the weight of each index in the evaluation index system of the coal mine managers' work pressure is calculated by using the triangular fuzzy number index determination method based on the set value statistical principle, and then uses multi-level fuzsy comprehensive evaluation model to examine the pressure intensity.(5)Based on this basic principle: perceived pressure ? determine the source of stress, intensity and level ? select the appropriate release measures. From the individual level, the organizational level and the national level, proposed coal mine executives working pressure release strategies.The research results enrich the theory at home and abroad on coal mine executives working pressure study, by constructing a mathematical model to assess the pressure, which is of great reference value to take a scientific and effective release strategies.
