The purpose of the research is to know the overall situation of work pressure,job bournout and job satisfaction of electrician of electric supply department of TieFa Coal Group;Discuss the relationship of them and the impact of Individual factors to them;find the countermeasures to ease the work pressure,reduce the job bournout and improve the job satisfaction.This paper used original questionnaire and self questionnaire,research on the electrician of supply department of TieFa Coal Group,suvey on the overall situation among t work pressure,job bournout and job satisfaction of electrician and analys the suvey data using software of SPSS13.0.We get the following conclusion according the data analysis.First, the reseach finds that the work pressure of electrician is a bit large,the job bournout of them is a little high,the job satisfaction is somewhat low;Second, we can see from the result of correlate analysis that there is strong correlation among the every factor of work pressure,job bournout and job satisfaction. The third,at the most of individual factors effect the scals of work pressure,job bournout and job satisfaction clearly.The forth, we can see from the result of regression analysis:the factors of organization fair,organization supports and lead management in the scal of work stressors effect the job bournout of electrician most clearly.The factors of depletion and alienation of the scal of job bournout and the factors of lead management, organizational structure and organization supports of the scal of work pressure effect the job satisfaction more clearly.The end,accoding to the result of analysis,we put a propose that electric supply department should improve the management in the area of organization supports,lead management, incentive me chanism,operations management and internal oversight me chanisms.I hope this research will play a auxiliary role for the supply department of coal enterprises.
