SX province's economy has been affected by the current world economic environment,coupled with its coal industry dominance,the economic growth rate remains in downturn,how to speed up the transformation,survival and development,has become the urgent problem the SX provincial state-owned enterprises need to resolve.Now this paper,based on existing research literature on the relationship between organizational justice,employee work ethics and employees response to company strategic change speed,attempted to explore the relationship between this three variables,expected to help the provincial state-owned enterprises strategic change provide reference information.Firstly,the organizational justice,employee work ethics and e employees response to company strategic change speed were analyzed by descriptive statistics,then to study the distribution of the three variables.Subsequently,analyzing the relationship between organizational justice employee work ethics,employees response to company strategic change speed and variables' dimensions use SPSS software.Finally,using the regression analysis to verify the causal relationship between organizational justice and employee work ethics,organizational justice and employees response to company strategic change speed,employees work ethics and employees response to company strategic change speed.Then to explore the employee work ethics intermediary role between organizational justice and employees response to company strategic change speed and the traditional regulatory role between employee work ethics and enterprises strategic change speed.By this studying:organizational justice and employees response to company strategic change speed had significantly positive correlation,employee work ethics and employees response to company strategic change speed had significantly positive correlation,employee work ethics played an intermediary role between organizational justice and employees response to company strategic change speed.According to the research findings:SX provincial state-owned enterprises need to improve organizational justice,improve the level of employee work ethics,attention to screen and introduce high levels of work ethics employees,optimization the working environment of employees,accelerate SX provincial state-owned employees response to company strategic change speed,in order to change the single coal industry dominance pattern,then to promote SX province economic development gradually.
