Nowadays,in addition to paying attention to their own economic income, corporate employees also pay attention to organizational climate factors such as team atmosphere, management system and distribution mechanism.Employees' perception of organizational fairness not only affects physical and mental health, but also affects employees' work well-being.Since the reform and opening up,the professional composition of state-owned enterprise employees has been diversified in structure. The creation of informal employees has optimized the traditional single employment model. This huge group plays an increasingly important role in enterprises. For enterprise human resource management, informal employees have reduced the labor cost and optimized the form of employment. However, due to the lack of a stable labor contract model between the two companies, there are imbalances in various interests under the same circumstances. Most informal employees improve their emotions and work well-being by adopting a post-work experience and pursuing challenging strategies as well as learning opportunities.Studies have confirmed the relationship between organizational justice and work well-being,but the research was carried out in a single dimension, such as job satisfaction and emotional well-being.The involvement of the experience that reflects the recovery strategy may regulate the relationship between organizational justice and the happiness of informal employees to a certain extent. Therefore, this paper attempts to construct a work well-being model integrating subjective and psychological perspectives with mastery experience as a adjustment variable, and to study the impact of organizational justice on employees' work well-being under the influence of experience adjustment.First of all, through combing the existing authoritative references, this paper summarizes the relationship between organizational justice, mastery experience and employees' work well-being;Secondly,through field research interviews and direct interviews with the research objects, the paper puts forward 13 research hypotheses and constructs relationship models in determining the dimension of research variables and designing the scale.Subsequently, referring to the maturity scale at home and abroad, combining with interview opinions, the dimensions and scale design of organizational justice, mastery experience and employees' work well-being were finally determined, and then the questionnaire was formed; Then,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the informal employees of the state-owned enterprises in Shaanxi Province, and the 379 valid sample data were collected and analyzed by statistical analysis software SPSS 24.0.The results of the study finally reveal that procedural fairness, information fairness, and interpersonal fairness are positively related to emotional well-being and professional well-being,but employment equity has no correlation with employees' emotional well-being.Sexuality is positively related to the employee's professional well-being;mastery experience plays a positive role in organizational justice and employee work well-being.The conclusion of this study provides ideas and reference for relevant enterprise managers and research scholars in the intervention research to improve employees' work well-being.
