Since the reform and opening-up,the total amount of China's national economy has made leaps and bounds and it has aroused widespread concern around the world. Therefore, the driving force of national economic development and its structure has become one of the hottest research directions and has caused widely discussion of scholars.Generally believed, consumption, capital formation and exports compose the troika of national economic development, jointly promote economic development.Hence, studying their respective pulling power of them has become the way to research the source of the economic growth and the key to break the economic development predicament. However, there are many drawbacks of the widely used calculation method based on the expenditure Identity. Therefore, using input-output method can solve these problems well, and can reflect the pulling effect of the three requirements better. This paper is based on the data of the National Bureau of Statistics, and split the competitive input-output table to get our non-competitive input-output table by using some assumptions. Thus the pulling effect of the troika is calculated.Firstly,using2010 as an example, the entire computing process was described in detail. Then, the estimated results of 1987-2010 are described and analyzed dynamically. The study found that in 1987-2010,China's GDP and the added value pulled respectively by the troika exhibited continued steady growth. In general,in the aspects of contributing to the aggregation and the efficiency of added value, the relationship is: consumption is much greater than capital formation, and capital formation is slightly greater than exports In terms of the troika pushing the the national economy forward rapidly, exports is undoubtedly the most important driving force for China's national economic development in crucial period. Therefore,it is certain that consumption plays a fundamental role in the national economic system. At the same time,we should make greater efforts to restore the core competitiveness of China's export manufacturing industry.
