The Internet finance and Community banks in China have become a hot topic of financial development and reform in China in 2013. With the splendor of "Yu’erBao" and Small and medium-sized enterprises lack of financial support, market-oriented Chinese financial reform has been pushed to the teeth of the storm. With the rapid development of community economy and the push of inclusive finance in our country, and satisfy the small and medium enterprises and residents more needs of financial services, government and bank regulators have issued a number of policies and measures, to speed up the reform of financial sector.Several commercial banks also speed up the business transformation with the market development, actively embrace the Internet and Community banks to develop "Internet finance" and "Community financial" which are new financial service business. The Community banks in China has developed rapidly and also obtained the certain effect in recent years. By the end of 2014, the number of community network site around the country has reached 8435, including 937 small outlets, bank community network sites has established a covering urban and rural areas, service diverse, convenient and quick network service system. Meanwhile, there are some problems in the process of Community banks business.The Chengdu Rural Commercial Bank (CDRCB) is as an example; we will deep analysis on some problems and sustainability in Community banks based on O2O mode in the CDRCB, which based on the theory knowledge and work practice. In the process of Community banks pilot operation, from the perspective of the Internet O2O business mode, Internet thought has not been established, iterative patterns to molding, causing operation and promotion in trouble for the online platform; From the perspective of the Community banks operation, customers and service have not been posited clearly, and lack of the differentiated products, making the poor of customer perception and experience. The process of operation also reflects the lack of professional people, the low of service consciousness and level, the poor of product innovation, and the backward of intelligent equipment, which are common problem for customers. So the CDRCB needs to stand in the angle of the service customer, considering the improvement of service level as well as the characteristics of financial products innovation to adapt to the market and the needs of customers..This article studies on the related problems from Community banks based on O2O mode in CDRCB, finding the current impact of Community banks based on O2O development, through researching Community banks development mode and using for reference of O2O operation mode and through from Internet enterprises, actively exploring break through the bottleneck of restricting the O2O Community banks path, and providing the theory and practice basis for the corresponding development strategy. In view of the current CDRCB Community banks problems, provide the countermeasures of development of Community banks based on O2O mode. The Community Banks based on O2O through using electronic commerce O2O model to establish the correct Internet thought and to combine local services and online and offline resource, inject new vitality to the development of Community banks. At the same time according to the CDRCB itself characteristics and advantages to define market positioning, enrich and develop characteristic product, improve personnel quality and service level, enhance customer experience. The Internet O2O mode innovate product focusing on the customer experience, and providing a reference for the sustainable development of the Community banks.
