Mention service management, most people think of the service industry. Actually, today in this information in the status quo, the product economy is to service economy era, the "product oriented" enterprise gradually to the "user oriented" thinking change. Manufacturers, manufacturers to change for the after-sales service providers, manufacturers are trying to explore the true meaning of service. The competition between enterprises is no longer the product quality of the competition, nor is the price competition, but the "service" of the competition.Now, automatic control equipment manufacturers to provide electrical equipment maintenance services (mainly refers to the after-sales service) is the essence of the life cycle management of equipment. The life cycle management services based on the equipment mainly include:spare parts, training, on-site service, maintenance service, emergency service, preventive maintenance services, remote services, service agreements, upgrading and transformation services.In this research, concrete is in the service quality management under the guidance of relevant theories, based on the service quality gap model, the DEA company after-sales service definition, monitoring, analysis and improvement.
