This not only makes the UK become Europe's biggest tea consumer, also makes black tea rapidly become a important trafficking in Chinese tea imports to Europe. At the same time, along with drinking black tea habit formation, "tea culture" becomes an indispensable part of the British in daily life, which profoundly affected the social life of the English.This paper focuses on the black tea trade between British East India company and China, the whole process of black tea trade in detail, the problems discussion of black tea trade process, quantity, transportation routes, and the reasons revealing for the black tea replacing green tea. On the basis of analyzing the black tea fashion popular from top to bottom and in the whole British society, this paper analyzes different impacts on the social various aspects that the black tea trade between Britain and China from different points, deeply excavates the role that the black tea plays in the process of formation of tea culture in the 18th century British society, and explains the connotation of the tea culture and the economic significance in the development of the industrial revolution in Britain.And this paper also explores black tea trade between the two countries in the 18th century in multiple angles, deeply understands the British people's material life from different classes and the degree of civilization development. Finally, the article analyzes the formation reasons that the black tea has the special position in British society, and has outstanding practical significance to introspect how to improve competitiveness of China's black tea in the international market.
