Research On Labor Cost Control Of Equipment Manufacturing Enterprise

Labor cost control is an important way to increase the profits of enterprises,an inevitable means of enterprise management,and an important subsystem of the input and output system to enhance the overall value of the enterprise.The equipment manufacturing industry which provides technology and equipment for our national economy is the core part of the manufacturing industry.As the part of equipment manufacturing industry,equipment manufacturing enterprises have low efficiency of labor input.The labor cost investment of the enterprise must to saved in relation to the output.It can not only enhance the competitiveness of the product in the international market but also help to promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry and the development of equipment manufacturing enterprises that to control the equipment manufacturing enterprise labor cost scientifically.In order to achieve the maximum reduction of labor costs and effective use of human resources,this paper tries to find out the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the labor cost control of equipment manufacturing enterprises in China.Firstly,this paper starts with the basic theory of related equipment manufacturing enterprise labor cost control,and elaborates necessity,objectives,principles,ideas and methods of the enterprise labor cost control,then analysis the index system of equipment manufacturing enterprise labor cost.Secondly,taking company S as an example to analyze the present situation of equipment manufacturing enterprise labor cost,points out the control problems of S company labor cost,and the construction of the equipment manufacturing enterprise artificial cost control model.This paper also verified the application of the model.That the equipment manufacturing enterprises should strengthen the budget plan in labor cost control,adjusting control,summary and analysis.The equipment manufacturing enterprise artificial cost control can timely find problems and adjust and the effectiveness of labor cost control.Finally,through the application of the S company’s labor cost control model,this paper put forward the strategy of S company laborcost control,and sum up the suggestions of the equipment manufacturing enterprise labor cost control.
