With the fast development of modern human resource management,Thethought of the Labor cost has deviated from the traditional refrain。In the newmarketing situation, enterprises need scientific ways and motive eyesight tocontrol labor cost,Hopefully,increasing the utility of labor cost。So the articleput basic on these thoughts to study the relation between HR and win and lossof enterprise。Firstly,the article describe the organization and criteria system of laborcost and look and explain the analysis of these criteria system. Basic on thesetheories。Secondly,one hand the labor market and compensation are described,thendrawing the conclusion of surging of Chinese labor cost;another hand point outthe shortcoming of labor cost control。Thirdly,analysis some problems of labor cost and found the relation ofwin and loss of enterprise and labor cost control,labor cost invest risk modeland so on。At last analysis labor cost according these models。Fourthly,the article points out some measures basic on these theories。Consequently,china need to change thought and take modern HRM to foundthe system of labor cost control。Lastly,the article points out some ways of labor cost elastic control。Theseways deviate from concerning digital changing and neglect of the importanceof factor of labor cost control inducing negative situation。In this article,analysis of theory is basic;requirement of enterprise is thegoal;ways that pointed out is the achievement。Hopefully,these achievementscan serve for enterprises and make some contributions to enterprises。...
