The current corporate staff turnover has become very common,especially those who have just joined the work of college graduates.College graduates entering the workplace,can really make the company generate new vitality,but their abnormal flow of the company's business into a predicament.Reasonable staff turnover is beneficial to the development of the company,which can ensure the input and creativity of talents.However,the resignation rate is too high.There are drawbacks.Company personnel turnover rate anomalies and high,will result in production and operation expenses increased significantly.Based on the basic theory of college graduates' entry and exit,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of the entry and exit of fresh graduates of M enterprises in Jiangsu Province,and discusses from the aspects of personal,corporate,salary,working and working environment.This paper puts forward the countermeasures to reduce the graduation rate of fresh graduates of Jiangsu M enterprises,which is of vital importance to the sustainable and stable development of the enterprise.
