Research On The Entry Mode Of China's Direct Investment In ASEAN Countries

Nowadays,economic globalization has become the main trend of the world.Chinese economy has integrated into the world economy more comprehensively since China joined in the WTO.At the same time,it's also involved in the wider international competition.China has a significant result in the introduction of foreign investment,after 1978.China not only actively carry out the strategy of "Bring in",also practice of "Go out" strategy,making full use of the domestic and foreign markets and two resources,and carrying out foreign investment actively.In all,foreign direct investment in China started late,and its scale is not big enough.So the study of foreign direct investment in China is quite profound meaning both in theory and practice.The emergence of "the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road" promotes the development of China's open.At the same time,it also provides a new platform of the countries along the Road.And the establishment of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank will be a new historic opportunity for our country to carry out the new international investment.And the Association of Southeast Asian Nations is made up of south and southeast countries of Asia,and it is a relatively perfect economic union organization.While China is the biggest developing country of the world.The two economies are the most potential regions and important driving force for the development of the global economy in the world.The ways of China's direct investment mainly are Cross-Border M&A and Greenfield Investment.As the different between two foreign investment entry modes,it is very important for China and Chinese companies to make the reasonably choice.Therefore,this paper backtracked experts' study from China and abroad,which is some literature about the choice of foreign direct investment entry mode.And the paper summarized the present situation of the direct investment mode,which begins from Chinese to ASEAN.On this basis,this paper make the interpretation for the various factors influencing the choice of entry mode,putting forward relevant assumptions and using the Binary Logistic Regression Model to analysis the main factors.According to the empirical conclusions,the paper infers the mode for Chinese direct investment entry to ASEAN,and puts forward advice and countermeasures,which should be carried out on this mode.
