Function "Substitutes" Structure:A Study Of "One Body And Two Sides" Of Farmers' Cooperatives

Since the 1980s, the rural cooperative organizations in the development process, on the one hand, have emerged the irregularities of the functioning of the system, on the other hand, its function also has played an important role for farmers, agriculture and rural development. I will think above-mentioned phenomenon as "one body two sides of farmers' cooperatives ".After the implementation of the Law on Professional Cooperatives, the phenomenon about "one body and two sides" of the farmers' cooperatives became more popular,instead of being alleviation. How to understand and explain the phenomenon of "one body and two sides" of peasant cooperatives in practice is the research topic of this paper.The author uses the method of qualitative research, taking the development of peasant cooperatives in YL county as an example, to understand and explain the phenomena of "one body and two sides" of peasant cooperatives. Firstly, the author expounds the textual expression of the ideal structure of the cooperatives, and summarizes the structure characteristics of the cooperatives in the county. It shows that the structure of the farmers' cooperatives is not standardized and the stability is poor. Secondly, the author sums up the positive role of the cooperative from the function angle to the farmers, agriculture and rural areas. In the end, the author analyzes the legitimacy of the peasant cooperatives in practice, and then analyzes the legitimacy and legitimacy of the peasant cooperatives in the practice of the "one body two sides" phenomenon. I believe that the legitimacy of the cooperative system in the form of legal and cooperative functions on the practicality of its legitimacy can provide resources, and substantive legitimacy over the formal legitimacy.In my opinion, the function of "alternative" structure of the argument is a substantive legitimacy over the legitimacy of the phenomenon of synonymous expression. The function enhancement and structural normalization of cooperatives are two different aspects to promote the healthy development of cooperatives, both of which can provide legitimacy resources for the existence of cooperatives, and the priority reinforcement function is the possible path of the standardization of cooperatives structure. Functional "alternative" structure has a relatively universal significance, it is mainly in the Chinese transplanted to the western system of learning, using and localization of transformation. It is the Chinese people a reflection of practical reason.In other words, it is a kind of Institutional pragmatism.
