Many excellent companies in the development process, due to neglect of the enterprise funds management, making the company’s capital chain problems, eventually leading to the company’s decline and bankruptcy. Almost all of these companies tried to pursue the expansion of its size and growth of the company’s profits for the company’s expansion and development occurred during the debt and not enough attention to the funding gap, and thus the risk for lower resistance to economic fluctuations, resulting in the company’s cash flow can not be smooth and effective operation in the economic cycle conversion process is prone to funding strand breaks. Therefore, strengthening financial management of the enterprise is extremely important. The CNPC as a large resource-based enterprises, as the company’s growth and development, the impact of Capital management companies to the development of enterprises is also increasing, enterprises centralized management of funds urgency.In this context, this article from the oil group’s Jilin Petrochemical Company (hereinafter referred to as "Jilin Petrochemical Company") of the actual situation, to be analyzed by the contents of five parts of Jilin Petrochemical Company’s centralized Capital management strategies: First, the preamble part of the research background, research significance and research on the status of the current domestic and centralized management of funds carried Review; after the adoption of the relevant theories and concepts involved in the Institute article detailed instructions; then this article by foreign and domestic companies on capital centralized management to describe the status quo, trying to Jilin petrochemical Company’s capital management strategy focused to provide a reference; then the funds focused on the management status of Jilin petrochemical Company were analyzed and found that the company and the current lack of centralized management of funds of these problems exist in the emergence of the reason; the last is the Jilin petrochemical Company’s capital management strategy to provide comments and suggestions, with some reference to other oil companies to strengthen the centralized management of funds.This article analyzes the current capital of Jilin Petrochemical Company believes centralized management problems exist mainly in the degree of concentration of the need to further improve financial management, operational funds irrational focus neglect to perform centralized management, capital operation of financial risk, more so on idle funds. The causes of these problems are mainly historical impact, the market for economic reasons, the Group is capital-intensive, high-risk aspects of large investment companies, financial resources management system is imperfect and regulatory capital management tools and operational methods are not satisfactory and so on. In response to these problems, by drawing on foreign Siemens and other large multinational companies, as well as well-known Capital management companies, this paper focuses constructed, including the development of sound financial management, and gradually improve the function of financial shared services platform, improve capital management group run mode, CNPC to build a good financial control environment, strengthen information disclosure Capital management group, and several other aspects of the oil group capital management strategy.
