The Study Of Project Quality Management In P Company's New Product Development

After nearly four decades of reform and opening up, Chinese economy has made great progress. People are paying more and more attention to health, and the need of health is more and more strong. Based on this background, a lot of companies, no matter domestic or international, focus on the healthcare industry, which directly contributes to the development of the industry scale and technical level. Healthcare related to everyone's vital interests, and the quality of medical products directly relates to the lives of each person. To improve the quality level of healthcare industrial products is becoming the common goal for every enterprise and society to pursue. From a number of cases it is seen that,70% of the product quality and cost are determined at the stage of product development. How to improve the quality control ability in this stage has become an important way to control the product quality.On the basis of reports on the new product development project management theory and quality tools, this thesis analyzes the quality management problems of new medical product development project in P company, and bring up suggestions for improvement. Finally, taking a medical device system cover development project as an example, the quality function development (QFD), failure mode effects and analysis (FMEA), finite element analysis (FEA), and design for reliability are used in project management. This has played a positive effect to improve the quality of project and products.
