Research On Quality Management Improve Of Medical Product Production In C Company

In recent years,the market prospect of medical device products is broader in China,for the deepening of the aging population,continuous increasing of people’s income,increasing of national medical care awareness,and the continuous increasing of national medical demand.With the broader prospect the market competition is fiercer.In order to gain a firm foothold in the incentive competitive environment,enterprise should not only strengthen its product technology innovation,but also should improve its quality assurance,only in this way the enterprise can continue to develop.In the beginning of this dissertation the relevant research background,research significance,the relevant research status of quality management at home and abroad,and the concept and main theory of quality management introduced.This dissertation takes C Company as the research object,described the quality management status of C company.Summarized the quality problems by collecting the quality data,using the histogram and causal diagram to analyze the problems.The problems include:insufficient production process control,low quality inspection timeliness,equipment abnormal frequently,quality issue repeated.The cause of these problems include:poor total quality management in production,the arrangement for quality control is unreasonable,equipment management is poor,lack of mechanism for continue improvement.The improvement plan includes:use of total quality management theory to strengthen production process management,optimize quality management resource allocation,optimize equipment management,and apply six Sigma method to promote quality improvement activities.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the improvement plan,this paper also puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures:to improve human resource management,management to pay attention to quality management.This dissertation discussed the production quality management of medical device injection molding products,and the purpose is to optimize and improve the quality management of enterprises,improve the product production quality,reduce the quality cost,and promote the continuous improvement of quality.At the same time,I hope that the research results of this paper can provide reference for the quality management of other injection molding manufacturers engaged in medical device products.
