China telecom as the operator that the original is given priority to with business of fixed network operators in the three major operators, due to the national policy only can deal CDMA system terminal which is not the mainstream market and it make it difficult to find the relevant terminal in the social entity stores. So it becomes one of the reasons to the development bottleneck of China telecom and China mobile. Therefore the entity retail stores developing of the CDMA terminal become the top priority of China telecom's mobile development, the first step including the development is making various stores become to CDMA terminal retail stores.This paper used a China telecom's branch as an example, firstly analyses the background of the industry, market and problems. Secondly, it provided the basis for solving problems by comparison with the three major markets to realized the advantages, disadvantages and the reason of the analysis problem and shortage to the company F existing stores, been by market researches and different research methods such as PEST analysis. Finally, according to the status quo we propose the viewpoint to reinforce the customer experience in the China telecom stores to improve the sales ability.Based on the viewpointon one hand strength the customer experience on the hardware in the stores,on the other hand by analyzing different customers' sales scenario, and provide corresponding solutions, to strengthen the customer on-site experience, then could develop service awareness and product sales.
