Presently there are some prominent problems of developing roughly,lack of effective supply,running inefficiently etc.existing in many entity retail enterprises.In Nov.2016,China State Council publicized "Instruction on Promoting Innovative Transformation for Entity Retail Enterprises",making arrangement on speeding structure adjustment,innovating developing mode,realizing trans-trade integration,&improving ability of supplying commodities&service persistently etc.,so as to guide enterprises to implement business model transformation.But many companies do not know how to transform.Suning Yunshang has been exploring transformation ways for years,and faced problems of online fierce competition,slowing down of business,irrational supply structure etc.at the beginning of transformation,but it took suitable tactics and established its own way of business model transformation.This thesis chooses Suning Yunshang's business model transformation tactics as study subject,starts from customer value&enterprise's developing strategy,&make systematic&deep study on the motive,tactics&implementing route of business model transformation regarding entity retail enterprise,so as to help entity retail enterprise solve the problem of probing business model transformation ways.Referring to recent study accomplishment,and in accordance with business model theory,strategy planning&resource base etc.theory,the thesis brings out business model transformation tactics of "oriented by customer value,based on entity,centralized around integrating supply resources".Regarding case analysis,the thesis summarizes the successful transformation experience of 3 entity retail enterprises firstly,then analyzes the transformation motive from the inner&outer influencing elements etc.,and further expounds the transformation tactics from 3 layers,the strategic target planning,the supply resource integrating,and tools&ability utilizing.Regarding strategic target planning,the thesis analyzes the strategic plan by Porter's value chain etc.theory.Regarding supply resource integrating,the thesis elaborates the integrating solution in aspects of platform,products&service.Regarding tools&ability utilizing,the thesis emphatically analyzes the improvements on technical ability,managing ability&capital operating ability.Finally the thesis makes a financial analysis and overall assessment on the result of Suning Yushang's business model transformation.The main conclusions of the thesis's study include:(1)Customer value is the original motive&target of entity retail enterprises'business model transformation.(2)Entity is the base connecting entity retail enterprises in process of transformation,&integrating supply resources on base of entity is the core of transformation tactics.(3)Optimizing utilizing various tools,&improving enterprise's comprehensive ability is the pushing power of transformation.(4)Suning Yunshing is transiting from service-based enterprise to resource-based enterprise gradually.The thesis highlights that the emphasis of innovative transformation is integrating supply resource&making business development return to the commercial essence.In the background of supply side reform pushed by government,the practical meaning of the thesis is providing operating thoughts to entity retail enterprise,providing solution reference to government policy maker to assist the stable development of macro-economy,&provide reference to other entity enterprises.
