| With the rapid development of the world economy and science and technology,Internet companies have been booming.Due to the particularity of the industry,the new generation employees in the Internet business become the main parts.Because of the rapid renewal of knowledge and more intense competition,the new generation employees in enterprises are under more pressure,and the human resources management of Internet companies is facing a severe test.In order to stand in the fierce competitive market,Internet companies must rely on the effective development and utilization of the potential of talents.Therefore,how to improve the new generation employees’ job involvement,and effectively manage the new generation employees has become an important problem to solve for Internet companies.This passage aimed at to study the present situation and the influencing factors of the new employees’ job involvement in Internet business,then provide some guides for the Internet enterprise about how to improve employees’ job involvement.Based on the previous research about the new generation of employees and work involvement,this paper analyzed the characteristics of the new generation of Internet companies and the related influencing factors affecting the job involvement.This passage used literature research,interviews,questionnaires and statistical method to make a further study on the influence factors of new generation of employees’ job involvement in Internet companies,and verify the factors such as leadership support,value recognition and job matching,compensation and benefits,training and development,team atmosphere,family and individual work coordination have significant effects for job engagement’s three dimensions.At last,according to the results of the empirical research,this paper made some advice about how to improve the job involvement for personal,business,and family.This passage selected the new generation employees in the Internet companies as the research object,and analyzed the individual,organization,and family influence factors of Job involvement,so that enriched the theory about job involvement. |
