The organizational behavior of new-generation employees has an important impact on the realization of organizational performance.However,because of the various growth conditions and characteristics of the new generation employees,it increased the difficulty of organizational human resources management to some extent.The job involvement and loyalty of the new-generation employees are influenced by many factors,including work-family culture of the company,work-family enrichment,and their values towards job.Based on the roles theory and social exchange theory,this paper explains the influential mechanism of organizational work-family culture on the work involvement and loyalty of the new-generation employees,and discusses the strategies to enhance the work involvement and loyalty of the new-generation employees.Based on an empirical analysis of 343 samples of new generation employees,the results indicate that in the four dimensions of corporate work-family culture,as supervisor's support,time demand,new generation employees' values and work-family enrichment,employees' job involvement and organizational loyalty are significantly related.Work-family enrichment plays a mediating role in the three dimensions of working-family culture(supervisor's support,time demand,new generation employee's values)and employee's organizational behavior.Job autonomy plays a moderating role in the relationship between the three dimensions of work-family culture(supervisor's support,time demand,new generation employee's values)and work-family enrichment.The results of the research deepen the research on new generation employees and provide practical guidance for the management of new generation employees.
