With the changes of the global political and economic landscape and the impact of China's economic downturn,enterprises are facing increasing pressures and challenges.In order to survive and gain a competitive advantage in the fierce competition,enterprises must focus on the role of human resources and develop a clear strategic development goals.Compensation management is an important means to attract,motivate and retain key personnel for enterprises.Only by establishing a scientific and reasonable compensation system,enterprises can effectively attract and motivate talent,achieve a comprehensive upgrading including individual performance and organizational performance.By transforming human resource advantages into competitive advantages,enterprises can effectively achieve the strategic objectives and sustainable development.Taking A company's compensation management as the research object,this paper design questionnaire to investigate the content which include the understanding level of the compensation system,the perfect and reasonable of compensation system,pay satisfaction level,and the fairness,attractive,competition and incentive of compensation system.The recycling questionnaire results showed that A company's remuneration approved principles were not understood by everyone,and the publicity of remuneration system need to be strengthened.Most people believe that the compensation system is relatively sound and reasonable,but employee satisfaction with pay is not high,and the fairness,attractive,competition and incentive of compensation system need to be strengthened.Through in-depth summary and analysis,this paper found that A company's compensation system exists lack of strategic thinking,single pay structure,fuzzy payment and promotion channels and other issues.The reason for these problems is that A company lack of compensation management awareness,compensation management methods and level backward,lack of communication with employees,fairness and efficiency insufficient.By analyzing A company's development environment and internal situation,this paper argues that A company can use broadband pay model.Therefore,we use the procedures and methods of broadband pay system to establish the compensation system of A company.Through job analysis and evaluation,broadband design,salary structure and salary levels design,the implementation of the salary system and adjustment steps,we establish the broadband compensation system.Finally,this paper presents the organization,systems,human resources,capital,culture,and other support measures to ensure the successful design and implementation of broadband pay system.
