With our country’s economy downward pressure continues, enterprise development is faced with competition from the international economic situation, the domestic industry and the rising cost of human resources and other aspects of pressure, more and more enterprises to strengthen and optimize the internal management pay more attention to. Many domestic enterprises due to the historical evolution, development, stability and ability to resist risk, etc, the traditional salary management can not meet the need of modern enterprise human resources development and management. Therefore, the application of modern compensation management ideas and methods to promote enterprise salary system reform, meet the trend of the development of enterprises and the fundamental interests of the enterprise.Taking LX company’s compensation system as the research object, through the compensation theory, and refer to a large amount of the compensation management books, based on the combination of LX company business strategy and compensation strategy, through methods of investigation and interview, quantitative analysis, to research LX company human resources present situation and the compensation system.Summarized the LX company compensation system structure is unreasonable, the lack of effective incentive mechanism, fairness, job matching, and the problem of lack attractive cause the loss of employees’ work initiative and incentive, less competitive, can’t meet the needs of the development of corporate strategy, to the company human resource management and management of the work brought difficulties.On this basis, combined with the actual situation of LX company development, determined the company will adopt a leading type of compensation level that slightly higher than the market average salary strategy, combined with the company internal and external market environment, and through the job analysis, post evaluation and establish the index system of performance appraisal method, on the basis of enterprise external salary investigation, to determine the compensation level of the enterprise in different job categories, the establishment of a performance and salary model, with different job categories optimization to improve the employee compensation plan, design a set of has stronger practicability and pertinence of suitable for the current development status of LX company compensation system, especially for small and medium enterprises chemical enterprises to solve the problems existing in the compensation management, It provides an effective scientific management mode on set up scientific and reasonable salary system, and keep healthy sustainable development.
