Research On The Gap Of Labor's Wage In Jiangsu

With social reform deepening and huge development of economy,the Labor's wage in Jiangsu province is increasing persistently.At the same time,the gap of labor's wage is becoming bigger gradually.This will affect the healthy and harmonious development of social economy.This Text based on data of the third national economic census and other related data,carried on thorough and beneficial research on the gap of labor's wage in Jiangsu province and the development trend.Provide the powerful theoretical and practical basis for government in income allotment and industry development policy.The content of this paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,mainly introduce the significance of research,present research situation of domestic and foreign,innovations and inadequacies.The second chapter is the theoretical basis,mainly define the concept of production factors and income distribution,and introduce the theory of labor's wage gap.The third chapter makes statistical analysis of labor's wage gap,study the different degree of gap exists in the industry and between the different industries.The fourth chapter is the empirical part.Build the individual fixed effect panel data model to research the factors of labor's wage.The fifth chapter is research conclusion and recommendations,basing on the theoretical research and empirical analysis,this text give policy recommendations on reducing the gap of labor's wage.Based on the research,this text had below conclusion:(1)There exist bigger gap between different industries in labor's wage in Jiangsu province.Between different industries,labor's wage in the third industry is bigger than the first and second industry,and the gap has the trend of extending,and the first industry had the lowest labor's wage.Between the inner parts of same industry,by the variation coefficient,the second industry has the biggest gap in labor's wage,seconding the third industry.The inner parts of first industry have the lowest gap.(2)The labor's diathesis is the most evident factor in effect of labor's wage,and the effect is positive.Labors with low level of education were not only in lower wage industry,low level of education and skills also limited the labor's transfer from low wage industries to higher wage industries.(3)Working experience has positive effect on labor's wage.Working experience is vitally related with labor's age,this text uses labor's age as substitute variable for working experience,and the effect trend working experience do on wage could described as inverse “U”.(4)The ratio of female labor has negative effect on labor's wage,gender discrimination exists in labor's wage.
