The Poverty Alleviation Of Rural Low-income Groups In Economically Developed Regions On The Perspective Of Jinan

The poverty alleviation of low-income groups in rural areas has been an important research topic in economic theory, which is closely related to the country and people's interests. The paper based on literature data and actual data, taking the method of literature research, static analysis, comparative static analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The original data was collected by survey of household incomes and living conditions, and the key-point investigation. The paper conducted the research to the Jinan rural low-income groups from the analysis on individual households, through the establishment of the association rules and constructing quantile regression model. In this context, it focused on the factors that affected rural low-income groups with the quantitative analysis method, and exploring the path to get rid of poverty. It helped to find the 'win-win' road of poverty alleviation and regional development.The main innovation is the analysis of the influence of different factors on the rural low-income groups, which make full use of household income and the key-point investigate. The specific innovations include:(1) The introduction of association rules analysis method. It fined the factors of the residents income ascension in different income levels, which include of income data, mining the family per capita financial assets balance, fixed number of year of the education, working years, family per capita actual land area and other. (2) The use of quantile regression method to calculate the influence of various factors. Rural residents' income distribution is a typical right, who don't have robustness when using the least squares estimation results. The paper used quantile regression method to eliminate the influence of data right, and then make further analysis to the degree of impact on increasing the rural low-income groups'income.
