Research On Targeted Poverty Alleviation For Low-income Groups In Rural Areas

The income level and consumption level of low-income groups are at the bottom of society.China is a big agricultural country,and rural low-income groups are the main low-income groups in China.The ultimate goal of socialism with Chinese characteristics is to achieve common prosperity.Therefore,increasing the income of low-income groups in rural areas has become a prominent problem on the road to achieving common prosperity,and it is also a problem that must be solved in building a well-off society in an all-round way.Targeted poverty alleviation is an important guarantee for building a well-off society in an all-round way,and it is also the "master grip" to take targeted measures to help people lift themselves out of poverty.For the low-income groups in rural China,taking targeted measures to help people lift themselves out of poverty can't be understood only from the level of numbers or indicators.It needs to use the three mechanisms of government,market and society to give play to the endogenous motivation of low-income groups in rural areas.This is the main idea of taking targeted measures to help people lift themselves out of poverty.Based on the investigation and research,combined with the basic national conditions,this paper analyzes the living conditions of low-income groups in rural areas,analyzes the causes of poverty in rural low-income groups,and proposes a system from legislation,precise poverty alleviation,and improvement of labor quality of low-income groups in rural areas,so as to enable low-income groups in rural areas to get rid of poverty and embark on the road of common prosperity.At present,General Secretary Xi Jinping directs us to achieve the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.
