With the great changing of international situation, the national defense construction is imposing much higher working standard on manufacturing sector of Aerospace technical equipment. The quantities and sorts of orders for military products are increasing significantly, and multiple sorts, dynamic batch quantities as well as integrated researching and manufacturing has already been the major features of Aerospace manufacturers. In a word, the integrated researching and manufacturing pattern, the frequent adjustment of technical conditions and production schedules, the higher requirements of quality and reliability etc, have taken great challenge to traditional production and management models of Aerospace manufacturers, therefore, it is much urgent to boost the innovation of advanced manufacturing techniques and management patterns and consequently establish new management pattern for production performance.By statistic and analysis on the performance management model, index system and recent years' performance assessment, the thesis finds out the disadvantages existing in the current performance management system. By tasks subdivision of advanced manufacturing technique project, this thesis researches on the changes and effects that the application of advanced manufacturing techniques brings to the factory's organization structure, production pattern and management workflow, and accordingly defines the requirements of performance management under circumstances of management pattern innovation. Aimed at the above-mentioned problems and based on factory strategy, this thesis focuses on the research and establishment of the performance assessment system based on advanced manufacturing techniques, and uses Balance Score Method combined with Critical Performance Index Method to establish production performance index database after comparison with common performance assessment methods, and then applies AHP Analysis Method to identify the critical performance indexes and their weight coefficients and design the principles and methods of performance targets. This thesis researches and establishes the performance controlling pattern for Q factory based on advanced manufacturing techniques, sets up the suitable 3D performance management organization, sets the priority level and performance parameters for the status of development and production aimed at complicated situation, and finally constitutes and optimizes the workflow of performance management. In addition, this thesis also establishes the performance communication system based on advanced manufacturing techniques and defines the communication contents, methods and targets, and simultaneously establishes the stimulus mechanism based on advanced manufacturing techniques as well as the relevant stimulus methods with multi-levels and multi-dimensions. Finally, the author has invited responsible specialists to conduct overall analysis on achievement of management targets, fairness, management cost, operation procedure, multi-projects coordination and dynamic controlling etc. The assessment indicates that the performance management and controlling system based on advanced manufacturing techniques has made assessment object more definite, assessment process more differential, information collection more convenient and management workflow clearer. Therefore, it is concluded that the performance management and controlling system based on advanced manufacturing techniques is in conformity with the factory's transformation and development and can improve the performance management significantly.
