Customer manager system is a new mechanism for commercial banks to strengthen marketing and meet customer needs. Its connotation is: to seize market share, to win more potential customers, for financial products or services marketing, to create their own best interests and multiple objectives, commercial bank system and arrangement of professional manager, customer. It refers to an account manager of bank customers, a direct and targeted allied services, communicate with customers, follow and handle the customer's real business situation and financial ability. According to the relevant requirements provided by customers, to expand the business market, the implementation of product marketing, public relations, publicity and introduction of products, customer management, provide thoughtful and dynamic coordination for them. Customer manager system is the establishment of an independent business sales staff, by the ongoing communication between customers and, in a few financial products to sell, to seize the customer, to provide high-quality, efficient and specialized banking services for them. Customer manager system is the establishment of a professional sales personnel, the formation of a stable relationship with customers and sales, appropriate financial products; combined with the demands of customers, customer manager as the main organizational structure design and marketing system arrangement. At present, the Chinese banking industry is out of the country, to enter the overseas market, foreign banks have established branches in China fierce competition during World War I, the rural credit cooperatives to develop and grow in an invincible position in the competition, the customer manager system will play an important role. The banks are strengthening the customer manager system to meet the needs of the development of the banking industry, the rural credit cooperatives to implement customer manager system is the only way to survive and develop in the bank competition. In this paper, the city of Zhengzhou City, Qi Li Yan credit cooperatives as the research object, according to the present situation of Qi Li Yan credit cooperatives, how to design and implement the customer manager, make more detailed discussion and research. This study shows that, from many aspects of business model and the implementation of the marketing strategy and so on, Qiliyan credit cooperatives are still to the guest, not really to go out to sell yourself, the lack of modern marketing concept, innovation of financial products is rich enough, the business is not prominent, it is difficult for the new business development smoothly adaptation. Only practice the customer manager system, to explore the correct line.
