As a local rural financial institution,the competitive advantage of rural credit cooperatives' financial products is not obvious.Objectively speaking,rural financial institutions should have effective team services to deal with the efficient demand of customers for financial services.However,the traditional management mode of the rural credit cooperatives market consciousness and competition concept is not strong.With the gradual collapse of the financial system that takes the regional business outlets as the profit point,S rural credit cooperatives began to imitate other commercial bank groups to establish a team of customer managers,but the establishment of its customer manager team has its form and its spirit.With the enhancement of financial risks and the intensification of market competition,small and micro enterprise customers are competing for all kinds of commercial banks as high-quality customer resources.As a front-line customer manager who contacts small and micro businesses,it is particularly important.Therefore,the effective construction of a full-time micro credit customer manager team is an important action for commercial banks to make profit and innovation according to market changes,and it is also an innovative attempt to improve management system from customers and market.However,at present,the management of customer manager team in China's commercial banks is still far behind that in developed countries,while the construction of customer manager team in rural credit cooperatives is lagging behind the domestic advanced commercial banks.Therefore,enhancing the efficiency of customer manager management,especially enhancing the efficiency of micro credit customer manager team,is a major issue that RCC should pay attention to and care for.To learn the way of team management of domestic and foreign commercial banks,according to the characteristics of micro credit business,it is of great practical significance to study the efficient team building of S credit cooperatives.In this paper,comparative study of law through the analysis of the effective team building of domestic and foreign advanced commercial banks adopt the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,and summarized the successful experience in establishing a highly efficient team,find out the problems of S rural credit cooperatives micro loan account managers team building,team building,risk control,improve the efficiency of organization structure,construction etc.by setting goals,improvement measures are put forward in three aspects of communication dimension,incentive dimension,dimension based on group dynamics,further optimization of S rural credit cooperatives micro loan account managers team building,build S rural credit cooperatives micro loan account managers team.
