In the background of the rapid development of global information technology, the international standardization work has been put forward, the government also insists on the standardization work as one of the priorities,standardization of construction work has become a new era of development planning. Standardization of enterprise construction, can improve product quality and industrial service quality. With the development of digital printing process, promoting the standardization of the printing enterprises is on the horizon.Through the actual investigation of printing enterprises, warehouse layout of the chaotic phenomenon is not a case.The messy layout affects the synchronization of information flow and logistics, which is reflected in the economic benefits of the enterprise. Automated warehouse can better solve these problems. The application of standardized warehouse in the printing warehouse, you can improve the existing state. It will also expand the scope of enterprise standardization. The warehouse, which is controlled by the computer, is the future development trend of the warehouse construction.Automated warehouse is the only way to standardize the development of warehouse.This article is the first step to achieve the standardization of the warehouse, the design of a set of automated warehouse standardization model. In this paper, through the way such as looking for reference, put the printing and packaging enterprises warehousing department as the research object, the status quo and existing warehouse facilities layout specifications are analyzed, and on this basis, the implementation framework of warehouse design can be programmed by MATLAB. The automated warehouse is equipped with computer and stacking machine, and the control system can make reasonable allocation and adjustment of the goods out of warehousing.The optimized path can shorten the distance of the stacker and shorten the time. This paper uses Greedy Genetic Algorithm to optimize the path. Two parts work together to complete the standardization of warehouse layout.By applying the simulation result of the new factory in L enterprise, it is verified that the warehouse standard layout designed in this paper is practicable and has practical application significance. This set of standardized design can be applied to the packaging and printing enterprises of the automated warehouse layout. Change some of the parameters in the design of this article, it will also be applied to other industries in the warehouse layout.
