| Nowadays,globalization of economic development having become the norm,many domestic liquor manufacturers are seeking to open up overseas markets.However,in the case that global resource sharing is increasing,the first and second sources of profit are diminishing,and the logistics industry,which is the third source of profit,is developing rapidly.It is especially important to explore its own logistics potential,reduce logistics costs,and increase corporate profits.As an important link in the supply chain logistics,warehousing plays an important role in connecting upstream and downstream.Under the impact of information technology and automation technology,liquor manufacturers have begun to build and use automated warehouses in order to improve the efficiency of warehousing operations,reduce corporate logistics costs,and increase corporate profits.How to manage the auto-stereo warehouse more effectively,further improve the overall operation efficiency of the warehouse requires a reasonable method to rationally arrange the automated three-dimensional warehouse storage area of the liquor manufacturing enterprise and continuously optimize the storage position so as to reduce the handling time of goods,shorten the handling distance of goods,reduce the cost of warehousing and logistics operations and increase the profit.This paper takes YH company’s finished product warehouse as the research object,and optimizes the warehouse’s automatic three-dimensional storage area through mathematical modeling method,genetic algorithm and Flexsim simulation method to improve the warehouse storage efficiency.Firstly,through the analysis of the status of YH company’s finished goods warehouse position management,find out the problems in its position management.Then,design a location optimization plan for the problems in the warehouse location management.Do ABC classification of goods based on EIQ analysis and select reasonable storage optimization strategy.On this basis,a multi-objective mathematical model for the optimization of the location allocation is established with the aim of shortening the total running time of the stackers and reducing the center of gravity of the stacks.The genetic toolbox is used to solve the multi-objective mathematical model in the Matlab software.Finally,simulate the implementation of the location optimization plan with Flexsim simulation software.Observe the simulation process,analyze the simulation results,and then propose the guarantee measures for the implementation of the location optimization plan from three aspects: personnel guarantee,system guarantee and information guarantee. |
