Research On Management Of Petroleum Project

Petroleum resource is the most important energy source in the world, and the petrochemical industry is the most important part of the industrial system in the world. Especially for China such a big energy consuming country, the construction management level of petrochemical industry project is directly related to the economic development of the whole country. Therefore, the research on the project management of petrochemical engineering has important economic and social value and academic significance.In this paper, from the domestic and international research status of the project, the management of China’s petroleum engineering project is studied and analyzed in this paper. With the construction project of CL oil and gas field as an example, based on the theory of comprehensive summary and research project management, analysis and discussion of existing management status and management process of the petrochemical project in question, and combining with practical CL oil field project, puts forward how to construct and perfect the system of project management countermeasures and suggestions, so as to promote the project of CL oil and gas field sustained, stable and coordinated development.This study provides reference and help for the project management of CL oil and gas field, combining with the actual situation of the project, from the EPC general contracting model, strong matrix management mode and owner+PMC+EPC combination mode of three kinds of management method based on the view of how to build and improve the project management of CL oil and gas field are discussed.
