With the rapid development of economic globalization, domestic production companies intensified competition, and domestic enterprises are facing up with lagging management and poor competitiveness, in order to improve the management level, enhance the competitiveness, improve staffs' overall quality, domestic enterprises should change the former siutation of ignoring the quality of the products and only focusing on the immediate interests, and which we must do is to have a long-term goal and enhance the management level. Therefore, 6S management is particularly urgent in the enterprise application.6S Management(SEIRI?SEITON?SEISO?SEIKETSU?SHITSUKE and SAFETY) is a method of site management and an on-site management concepts and methods of modern factories, which was expanded from 5S by Japanese companies, Many successful enterprises proved effective management application of 6S which could bring significant improvement to the enterprises, the 6S main performance could be used to improve production efficiency, ensure product quality, make the working environment clean and orderly, ensure the safety of production and personal safety. Although some domestic enterprises had also tried 6S management, it had not achieved expected results, and even failed, therefore, perseverion use on enterprise 6S management(SEIRI?SEITON?SEISO?SEIKETSU?SHITSUKE and SAFETY) can change poor site management way, improve the management level of enterprise which is a long-term task of many domestic enterprises.This thesis took F company as an example, we theorily summarized 6S management system, analyzed current production management situation of F Company, found out F company company on-site production problems, explored practical application of 6S management in enterprise production, used lots of charts and datas to prove the effect and long-term interests brought by the implementation of 6S management system, finally we summarized up a set of practical and feasible implementation scheme according to the desired goals achieved by the actual application of the 6S management.This essay revealed the importance and necessit of 6S management system to the survival and development of enterprises by ways of integration of theory and practice, the purpose of which was to make domestic enterprises fully understand that only by improving the management level of enterprises we can enhence market competitiveness and seek for sustainable development, which had certain significance to applied research on our chinese enterprises site management...
