With the rapid development of the world economy,on-site management,as an important means for enterprises to obtain additional value,has been introduced by various countries.Therefore,it has quickly become a new trend and new coordinate in the world enterprise management circle.On-site management is an indispensable part for enterprises to achieve production development goals,reduce costs and increase efficiency.Under the high-pressure situation of fierce competition in the market,as an enterprise carrying the reliability testing service of electronic components,on-site management is an important management means to improve economic benefits and enhance competitiveness.The level of on-site management is one of the important economic indicators of the enterprise's production,operation and management level,which can directly affect the core competitiveness of the enterprise.As the saying goes,"Seeing is better than hearing".The site is the focus of the production and operation activities of the enterprise.The site management work cannot be easily ignored.The S Company testing center is mainly responsible for testing the reliability of avionics components,shouldering the heavy burden of the motherland becoming a world power.The S Company testing center has a long way to go.This paper briefly introduces the concepts of site and site management and the main tools used.Taking S Company's testing center as the research object and focuses on three contents:first,it analyzes the current situation of site management by adopting the methods of literature induction,fishbone analysis and field investigation,combining with the business characteristics of S Company's testing center,and deeply analyzes the site problems existing in the personnel,equipment,materials,testing process and environmental information of S Company's testing center through investigation and research,and makes objective analysis and evaluation to find out the causes of the problems;The second is to use relevant tools of field management optimize the design of the field management plan of the testing center,to solve the problems pertinently,and to establish the implementation objectives of the plan.From the preliminary preparation stage,the specific implementation stage to the continuous improvement stage,each link has given specific promotion methods and implemented them in accordance with regulations and rules.The third is to evaluate the implementation effect of the on-site optimization scheme and put forward safeguard suggestions,discussing the specific changes and promotion of the S Company's testing center after the implementation of the on-site management optimization scheme.The testing center of S Company is very representative in the industry.The research in this paper can not only help S Company's testing center to solve the problem of on-site management,enable it to achieve its production mission objectives,improve its core competitiveness while improving its efficiency,but also help the further development of China's aviation industry to a higher level,which has very important reference value and significance for on-site management in the same industry.
