In this essay, taking Chengdu Shuangliu district as an example, through the basic theory of county economic development, the literature method. deductive and inductive method, comparative stud)', field research and other methods, the existing county economic development model of the Shuangliu District of Chengdu City is summarized, compare with the top 100 counties of China, the top of 100 counties of coastal developed and the top of 100 counties of the western counties. according to analysis of current economic situation and economy status for Chengdu Shuangliu District, it could summed up the characteristics of Shuangliucounty economy development, and find out the factors find out the factors which restrict the development of Shuangliucounty economy. After the analysis on the existing models of Chengdu Shuangliucounty economy development, new mode and national policy for the development of the county economy are draw lessons from other local county economic development, and three aspects which consist of the urban development, industry multiplier, the harmonious development are proposed, contents include the layout optimization, industrial restructuring, deepening the reform and innovation of science and technology, promoting harmony, etc., county economic development model of Chengdu Shuangliu District is innovated, the purpose is to provide reference for the county economic development in Chengdu Shuangliu district.
