Study On The Evaluation And Development Of Rural Ecotourism Resources In Shuangliu County

With the prosperity, stability and sustainable development of China’s economy, rural gradually becomes the leisure paradise and tourism spot for urban residents. Because of the positive effects in the aspects of economy, society, culture, ecological environment, rural development and the urban and rural development, rural ecotourism has achieved great promotion and development in our country. In the thesis, it takes the rural ecotourism development in Shuangliu County for example to analyze the related problems of rural ecotourism currently, put forward some suggestions and measures as well as some theoretical support and practical basis for the sustainable development of rural ecotourism.The development of rural ecotourism in Shuangliu County has superior conditions. Shuangliu County is located in the southwest of Chengdu, having developed economy, convenient transportation, mild climate and rich agriculture and animal husbandry resources, and has formed a series of agricultural tourism products, agricultural tourism landscape and scenic spots. At present, rural ecotourism has become an important engine to guide the development of the local rural economy. Thus, it has achieved the promotion and support of Shuangliu County vigorously.In this thesis, it uses the SWOT analysis and AHP analysis method to determine and estimate the status and development potential of rural ecotourism in Shuangliu County, the SWOT analysis and AHP evaluation reflects that the development of rural ecotourism in Shuangliu County has entered in the period of market demand oriented. Because Shuangliu County has solid mass base, characteristic resources and good developing environment, the rural ecotourism has good development conditions and opportunities, and development potential in the grade Ⅱ as well as very large development space. However, the SWOT analysis and AHP evaluation also reflects that the supply of rural ecotourism products in Shuangliu County cannot adapt to changes in demand for urban residents and cannot fully satisfy the need of urban residents for tourism, which reflects in the aspects of lacking of innovation, lower development level, unscientific service management, ecological and safe hidden dangers in tourism development, weak market development and promotion, and so on. Therefore, in order to achieve the sustainable development of rural tourism in Shuangliu County, Shuangliu County should be relying on its own characteristics agriculture and animal husbandry products to seek the sustainable development for rural ecotourism. In this thesis, In order to achieve the sustainable development in Shuangliu County, it should take eight measures as follows:paying attention to ecological and green development, overall planning and rational layout, theoretical research and the support of science and technology, optimizing the structure and innovating the mode, training qualified personnel and realizing scientific management, brand construction and integrated marketing, developing and cooperating for seeking win-win and strengthening supervision and ensuring the safety. The model of "government-tourism functional area-market" depending on green ecological agriculture will be the path to sustainable development for rural ecotourism.
