The Research On Supply Chain Finance Of Regional Characteristic Industry

Nowadays, Chinese economy has stepped into the China's New Normal. In face of the multiple task, Regional Characteristic Industry, as the stern of the economic development, is important in the process of industrial upgrading process involved in object. In the development of the regional characteristic industry, financial relates not only to the industrial chain of each enterprise in the production and operation, but also to the health of the whole industry chain operation. Although the relevant financial institutions to the development of regional characteristic industry provides a certain financial support, but there still exist some outstanding problems.As a financial innovation practice, Supply Financial Chain can achieve the goal between each enterprise on the industrial chain to the harmony of cash flow, information flow and commerce flow, so as to solve the financing difficulties appeared in the process of collaborative production. At the same time, it can also be used in the industrial chain of production to create more business opportunities, which further contributing to each enterprise on the industrial chain and achieving the situation of" Sharing interests, Sharing information, Sharing risk, Creating the future together". Furthermore, it can also provide new ideas to meet the financial needs of the Regional Characteristic Industry.This article is connecting "Regional Characteristic Industry" and "Supply Financial Chain" as a starting point. Meanwhile, we point Jiaxin Silk Group as the main object of the case analysis. Firstly, we view the region characteristic industry from the visual angles, analyzes the main characteristics of its development and the industry itself, thus puts forward the integral train of thought. Then we carry on the case presented through the analysis of the existing three kinds of supply chain finance development mode. And then demonstrates the case specific object by accepting of specific supply chain financial service innovation effect. Finally, we further proposed to Jiaxin Silk Group of cocoon industry represented by the regional characteristic industry, in the future development of Supply Financial Chain innovation from three different directions.This thesis is divided into 6 chapters altogether:Chapter 1 introduces this extraordinary article briefly. After the simple discusses on the research background of this case, we point out the research significance from two specific prospective. On this basis, we present research ideas and research methods, through research frame diagram.Chapter 2 mainly conducts the literature reviewing on the basis of a large number of literature, which focusing on the definition, characteristics, and risks of the theory of supply chain, and points out the junctions between regional characteristic industry and supply chain finance, detailed theoretical basis for the later to carry out.Chapter 3 analyzes the region characteristic industry from the visual angles. Firstly, we analyze the development of the industry itself and the financial services in the region. Then we make a comparison between traditional bank credit and supply financial chain.Chapter 4 introduces Jiaxin Silk Group briefly and analyzes how Jiaxin Silk Group carry out the supply financial chain. Then we point out three basic models for it to consider and analyze relevant operation process. On the basis of further analysis, we point out the "ICBC Poly Easy Pay" innovation design.Chapter 5 concretely demonstrates three innovation effect of the case through comparative analysis, chart analysis method and causal reasoning method.Chapter 6 make a brief summarize and put forward some prospective in the process of the future development of supply chain finance innovation for risk control, information platform and industrial upgrading.Due to my brief academic experience and the lack of practical experience, there still exits many problems to be solved in the future.
