It has brought out economic benefits and social benefits, we should try our best to develop it. But Its development is still in the small farm management model. This paper describes the current state of gold thread jujube’s industry in production link, processing process and intermediate links. Besides, we consider it needs agricultural transformation to promote self-development. Agricultural transformation is to be implemented four changes: from resource-dependent to technology-intensive, from self-sufficiency to market-oriented and from patterns of traditional industry to cooperatives. In the process of achieving the above four changes, as main actors, peasant household and little enterprise will need more capital than the present in all aspects of industry development. However, in fact they are facing financial difficulties. The main reasons for those problems are credit risk control of financing institutions and agriculture weak quality. Then we put through the agricultural supply chain finance products, such as loan pledged by warehouse receipts, agricultural order pledge loan and finance lease loan, to solve financing difficulty of peasant household and small enterprise. At last, it’s necessary to protect the agricultural supply chain finance by accelerating the development of the agricultural industry chain, making efforts to develop agricultural insurance and offering modern supports on technology.
