Gross Domestic Product(GDP)is a key indicator of national accounts,it reflects a country's overall economic situation.Therefore,the forecast GDP trends can advise them on future economic development trends and direction.In recent years,the rapid growth of GDP in Jiangxi Province,the provincial government also made a long-term GDP growth plans and expectations.Therefore,the forecast GDP becomes significant.In this paper,forecasting the Jiangxi GDP with three methods,such as: ARIMA,gray model and gray GA-BP neural network,and compared the predicted results.The results showed that the highest prediction accuracy gray GA-BP neural network.My study results show that the genetic algorithm to optimize BP neural network,give full play to their respective advantages of the two algorithms,coupled with the characteristics of the gray model itself,forming a gray GA-BP neural network model.By comparing the predicted results found ARIMA time series model and GM prediction accuracy was significantly higher than before GM(1,1)model.Thus,this study proved that neural network model based on genetic algorithms to gray in the time series data have a good advantage.
