Research On Agricultral Supply Chain's Finance In Tieling City

Rural finance has been a core problem of agricultural economic development.Since 2000,the three rural issues have been the focus of China from central to local,in 2003,the central Committee of the central Committee on accelerating the development of modern agriculture to further enhance the vitality of rural development," three rural reform" entered a new stage of development.However,in the process of agricultural reform,the pace of agricultural and rural financial reform is obviously backward,and the financial support for agriculture and rural areas cannot be followed up.In recent years,the financial development of agricultural supply chain in Tieling is rapid and some problems,such as the financial system is too conservative,the development of agricultural industrialization is obviously not suitable for the speed of economic reform.These problems greatly limit the large-scale infiltration of agricultural supply chain finance to agricultural supply chain,and also increase the risk of financial credit in agricultural supply chain finance.Through the discussion of agricultural supply chain finance,this paper gives the choice and application of agricultural supply chain financial products.Through the research methods of normative research and field investigation,the paper draws the conclusion that the risk control mechanism of agricultural supply chain finance should be further improved;Strengthen government guidance on the basis of effective control risk;Should speed up the cultivation of leading enterprises,and rely on the leading enterprises to attract more farmers and small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises to participate in the supply chain,so as to promote the transformation and upgrading of the whole rural industry.At the same time,Tieling should further integrate its actual situation with the current main agricultural supply chain financial products,design the financial products of Tieling agricultural supply chain finance.On this basis,improve the design of supply chain finance of the vulnerable agricultural industry,and design a reasonable agricultural supply chain finance new product.In addition,from the institutional and policy to support the development of agricultural supply chain finance,to reduce its risk.The realization of agricultural supply chain finance as the carrier,drive the agricultural industry in the city to speed up the pace of agricultural modernization as early as possible.
