With the growing popularity of enterprise supply chain,supply chain finance as a newfinancing model, which can effectively solve the problem of supply and demand of capital incommercial banks and small and medium-sized enterprises, is a win-win mode of financing.This financing mode by means of the credit of the core enterprise in supply chain, financingthe supply chain upstream and downstream enterprises, can effectively solve the financingproblem of small and medium-sized enterprises as the weak side.This paper pointed out the conception of supply chain finance in the rural creditcooperatives, from two aspects of rural credit cooperatives and small and medium-sizedenterprise analyzes the necessity of supply chain finance in the rural credit cooperatives tocarry out, put the forward rural credit cooperatives should carry out the full order model ofsupply chain financing, and expounds the concrete development train of thought. Accordingto the problems of credit risk facing the implementation of full order supply chain financingmode, reasons, analysis of credit risk has the characteristics of the supply chain is established,the credit risk evaluation index system,through the establishment of quantitative model ofsupply chain finance credit risk, credit risk measurement method is put forward to science insmall enterprises. Finally, rural credit cooperatives operating, from its own internalspecification independent supply chain business department, set up perfect credit evaluationindex system and risk warning mechanism to effectively prevent the credit risk; rural creditcooperatives external can improve the small and medium-sized enterprise informationdisclosure, the construction of public financial supply chain service platform andstrengthening the construction of social credit information to guard against the risk.
