Research On The Financing Strategy Of Our Country's Civil Airport Construction

Along with the rapid development of our country's civil aviation industry,the airport construction has brought heavy pressure to airport enterprises.How to better design the financing strategy and reduce the cost of financing while guaranteeing the construction progress has important practical significance.This paper takes the construction of Beijing's new airport as an example,bases on the research of financing theories and Chinese enterprises' financing preference,adopts literature analysis,interview,case analysis and other methods,and studies the financing strategy of our country's civil airport.This paper analyzes the public and commercial properties of civil airport,bases on the review of the financing system evolution of the airport construction in our country,summarizes the current financing situation of the airport construction,and analyzes the main factors influencing the airport construction financing,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures respectively.This paper analyzes the financing strategy of Beijing's new airport construction project,namely the exogenous financing becomes the main-body of financing sources,government investment has a dominating position,debt financing has an important position,while the equity financing mode becomes a useful supplement.The key is to analyze and explore the PPP financing model,and study relevant problems as well as the coping strategies.On the basis of summarizing the case enlightenment,this paper focuses on the aspects including constructing a reasonable financing structure,setting up the financing order scientifically,distinguishing the differences of financing projects,managing the financing risk control well,etc.to provide reference to the airport construction financing in our country.Aiming at relevant difficulty problems,the author proposes opinions and suggestions such as expanding the airport's financing sources,perfecting relevant policies of the PPP model in the airport construction field,innovating on the authorized land management policy,etc.In this paper,the author aims to provide strategy reference for the financing of the civil airport construction in our country through the above process.
