Research On Equity Financing For SMEs Inthe NEEQ

As an important component of China's economy, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises plays a crucial role in flourishing market economy, meeting the various needs of society, absorbing the labor forces and boosting GDP. But the financing difficulties have been the bottleneck in their development for a long time, which is not conducive to China's economic development. NEEQ is an effective way of financing for SMEs which developing rapidly in these years. To a certain extent, NEEQ is a new financing channel to solve the financing difficulty of SMEs. However, the multi-level capital market still unable to satisfy the social and economic development. Therefore, how to improve financing efficiency is the focus of this paper.This issue firstly introduces the development situation and characteristic of NEEQ; secondly, we discuss the current problems of SMEs financing in NEEQ. In the empirical research part, based on a multiple regression model, we analyze the financing efficiency of SMEs after boarding NEEQ and make conclusions; at last, we provide some feasible suggestions and countermeasures in order to improve the financing efficiency of SMEs.
