For over 30 years reform and opening up,Great changes have taken place in our country and sustained economic growth,our enterprise's core competence is also growing.In 2001,after China's accession to The WTO,economic globalization impact the enterprise of our country,a large number of foreign multinational companies to enter China factory directly caused great pressure to our country enterprise.Facing the unprecedented pressure,the Chinese enterprises to fundamentally improve the management problems,to cope with the impact of foreign enterprises.To improve the core competitiveness of enterprises is the key to improve the human resource management,enterprise competition in the 21 st century is talent competition.Especially for high-tech enterprises,the number of skilled talents has become the symbol of enterprise strength.In this context,how to improve human resources management has become The Times topic.This paper from the perspective of information technology,the human resources management carried out a new tentative study.The combined with information technology and human resource management to explore how to improve the efficiency and effect of high and new technology enterprise human resources management.In human resources and information technology on the basis of basic theory research,studying the information management of general practice.Informationization brings great changes in human resources management.Experienced by manual human resource management to enterprise informatization of human resource management,improving the management efficiency and realize the management of Chinese enterprises and foreign enterprises.The innovation of the body is not for the accumulation of theory but the real solution of how to apply information technology to practice.From the Angle of view of the unique high-tech enterprises,this paper expounds the knowledge staff and technical personnel for the importance of the high-tech enterprises and through the e-HR system how to improve the employee satisfaction and motivation.And mobile devices for the influence of the human resources information.The research purpose of this paper is that if by e-HR system to improve the competitiveness of the high-tech enterprises in our country,making the management more modern.The research method of this paper is the literature analysis,case method,interview method and the method of SWOT.This paper starting from the theory of human resources management informationization,then implemented on a high and new technology enterprise human resources management informationization,the necessity of analysis,and then expounds the process of enterprise implement human resources information.On the basis of this,the author deeply HJ company research,and the human resources department jointly participate in e-HR system requirements analysis and design.Finally the advice of high-tech enterprises to implement the human resources information.
