Our country commercial bank credit asset securitization mainly has experienced self exploration period, the standardized development period, development period of stagnation, restart the pilot stage and expansion of the pilot phase of development, and so far has made a certain development.2015 asset securitization products will maintain a rapid growth momentum;the issue size and scope of the product will continue to expand;the scope of the pool of assets and structural innovation will be more abundant. The induction of 2005-2015 years various types of credit assets support securities issuance found that CLO market still occupy the dominant position; CLO,AUTO-ABS and RMBS have occupied more than 90% of the market share.In this paper, the structure of the securitization of credit assets of mathematical model of bank effect analysis, draws the following conclusion:asset backed securities can make that the bank's revenue and profit is amplified, can make that the total size of the bank credit is expanded and can make that the bank's operational risk is magnified.Through historical data bank of empirical test, this paper draws the following conclusions:due to the management system and other reasons, at present China's securitization of credit assets of the income on the banking system amplification, expansion of assets and risk amplification effects are not obvious. Take industrial bank as an example, to 2014 issue data the quantitative analysis the conclusions are as follows:it improves the capital adequacy ratio and has a certain effect on revenue targets, and effects of three finance index of liquidity is not significant.
