The induction of 2005-2015 years various types of credit assets support securities issuance found that CLO market still occupy the dominant position; CLO,AUTO-ABS and RMBS have occupied more than 90% of the market share.In this paper, the structure of the securitization of credit assets of mathematical model of bank effect analysis, draws the following conclusion:asset backed securities can make that the bank's revenue and profit is amplified, can make that the total size of the bank credit is expanded and can make that the bank's operational risk is magnified.Through historical data bank of empirical test, this paper draws the following conclusions:due to the management system and other reasons, at present China's securitization of credit assets of the income on the banking system amplification, expansion of assets and risk amplification effects are not obvious.
