How to find a way out for manufacturing in China? As we know, because of the historical reasons, manufacturing industry in our country started late. Although we seized the opportunity of world industrial structure change, gained great progress in the wave of manufacturing industry transfer in developed countries, and accumulated a certain amount of social wealth, it still cannot change the fundamental problem of weak manufacturing base in China. In the developed countries the industry 4.0 will again change the pattern of global manufacturing. The widespread application of high degree of automation, and intelligent technology, makes the manufacturing in developed countries return to the low cost era again, and the manufacturing industry reflux in developed countries has become a fact. As the world's second largest manufacturing country, how to seize the opportunity of the new round of industrial revolution, and realize corner overtaking, will be the key of manufacturing in China to find a way out of the developing dilemma.It should be pointed out that what industry 4 changes is not only industry; the driving factor of deeper level is the development and application of information technology. Represented by Internet technique, the information era lets business return to humanism, and taking customers as the center truly becomes the key to dominate the market. With the birth of the Internet, Internet thinking gives China's manufacturing a lot of inspiration:no longer bulkhead production, and no longer behind closed doors. In a new era of production socialization, popular crossover and synergy in the Internet industry, is also a thinking direction worth learning for manufacturing industry, and might be the way we're looking for a break.Combining the marketing work experience in F company with the business direction of industrial automation, and the related research literatures on Internet thinking and CRM system theory, the author makes creative exploration about the cross-border integration of the industrial automation industry, Internet thinking, and CRM system, proposes the construction method of new industrial automation enterprise platform and ecosystem with BBS as the core and CRM system as the basis, and plans and designs CRM system construction of F company.This thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction that introduces the background and scope of this research, the research purpose and significance, and points out the innovation and shortcomings of the research. The second chapter is the review of relevant theories that includes Internet thinking, CRM system, and marketing features of industrial automation industry. Combined with F company's own situation chapter three puts forward Internet thinking embodiment requirements for CRM system. According to the above research conclusions the fourth chapter plans and designs the CRM system of F company. The fifth chapter summarizes research results, and puts forward suggestions and opinions for subsequent CRM project implementation.
