The packaging of products is an important part of the marketing management, the excellence and effective product packaging operation strategy is enhances the enterprise sales revenue and profits, it could promote the development of enterprises and could get good performance of new forms of marketing is one of the most important parts. At the same time, the brands of children's clothing industries face much fierce competition. And if you want to win in the domestic children's clothing area, through you also need study on the brands packaging of children's clothing operation strategy is brand children's clothing enterprise is unavoidable and important research topic. The packaging of products marketing function and the role of assistant marketing product packaging operation strategy are also studied in this paper. In this paper, the purpose is to analyze based on misunderstanding of children's clothing brand product packaging may exist in the operation and management. Although, with understanding, comb, optimization and improvement for construction of more complete, more higher value and effective product management strategy, promote enterprise correctly on the packaging of product operations management which embarked on a scientific way, expand the packaging of product in the marketing of practical utility, and it would improve the enterprise's performance and influence.In this paper, it has summarized the packaging of products with the development of enterprise marketing strategy, the prominent role of the product packaging effectiveness of this point of view proposed and analyzed. Then, the status of domestic children's brand apparel products and the packaging industries with overview, and has summed up the development trend of the packaging of children's apparel products. Second, it also has further analysis of packaging marketing strategy to guide the packaging of products and how to procurement decisions. Then, in the marketing driven purchasing management strategy, it has including the strategy of procurement, the strategy of procurement, the strategy of supply chain information,and how to control and reduce the cost of the packaging of products. The marketing driven procurement management strategy in line with the company's development needs, in-depth study of the guiding practice is of great significance.In this paper, the function of marketing about packaging operation management method is a combination of theory with the actual management method, while for other similar enterprises may have a good reference value.
