Institutional Environment,Employee Stock Ownership And The Performance Of State Owned Enterprises

Employee stock ownership plan is a special form of the distribution of the ownership of the company,employees are widely held shares in the company to further enhance employee attributive feeling,enhance the enthusiasm of the staff work.Since 2014 June the Commission issued<about Listed Companies in the implementation of employee stock ownership plan pilot guidance>,the number of A-share listed companies have test employee stock ownership plan.Along with a large area of the listed companies in our country implementation of the employee stock ownership plan,the implementation of ESOP is an impact on corporate performance,produce the direction and degree of influence to research these problems is particularly urgent.This paper starts from the related theories of ESOP,combined with the current reform of state-owned enterprises of mixed ownership background,writing method and case study,in the choice of employee stock ownership after the earlier announced plans to restart the program,and put into practice the Lansheng shares as the research object for the case study.Firstly,through the system of domestic and international environment,the comparison and analysis of market conditions,found that the influence of institutional environment of state-owned ESOP,the research can be carried out smoothly in the institutional environment of employee shareholding,according to institutional environment improvement suggestions;then,from Lansheng shares ESOP motivation process,discusses and analyzes the nature of the problem,mining phenomenon behind,For the internal environment and the relationship between ESOP and the feasibility of using case analysis,analysis of the implementation effect of the ESOP quantitatively,affect the company's internal and external environment of data revealed behind for the employee stock ownership effect,in order to find out the possible problems of state-owned ESOP in the implementation process,and proposes the solution countermeasure finally,summarize the common problems;ESOP faced by the state-owned enterprise of our country at the present stage,combined with the case analysis conclusion,ESOP provides feasibility analysis for state-owned enterprises,the program design proposals for the possible difficulties and solutions.The ESOP of mixed ownership reform in the future prospects in the state-owned enterprises.
