'The Belt and Road' Initiative is the significant strategy aiming at promoting the international industrial transfer as well as the cross-regional collaboration.But at present,the research on the labor market of 'The Belt and Road' countries is not thorough.In order to explore the present situation of the labor markets of 'The Belt and Road' countries preliminarily,this paper chooses 4 gross indexes and 2 structural indexes of the labor market to explore the labor market's characteristics of 'The Belt and Road' countries by regions using the descriptive statistics and comparative study.On this basis,the thesis evaluates the value on reducing cost and increasing efficiency of regional labor markets of 'The Belt and Road' countries with the qualitative comparison method and AHP,and then analyzes the formation mechanism.This thesis draws 2 major conclusions:Firstly,When using the qualitative comparison method to evaluate the labor markets,this thesis discovers that East Asia,Southeast Asia and South Asia are exactly the same in the advantages and disadvantages of the labor market,developed countries and Central and Eastern Europe are also exactly the same in the advantages and disadvantages of the labor market,the labor market advantages of the former are mainly reflected in the gross characteristics,and the latter mainly in the structural characteristics.Central Asia has comparative advantages in the labor force participation rate,wage costs,labor productivity and the education attainment.The degree of dispersion of the West Asia and North Africa are larger in the five indicators,but when divided into GCC and non GCC countries,it will be significantly reduced.GCC countries have the opposite labor market advantages and disadvantages compared to non-GCC countries.Secondly,this thesis makes the ranking of the comprehensive advantages of 'The Belt and Road 'countries' labor markets using AHP,and the ranking from high to low is:East Asia,Central Asia,Southeast Asia,Central and Eastern Europe,GCC,non-GCC,South Asia and developed countries.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
