In the past 2015 years, there is a word often appearing in our field of vision- closed shop tide. Under the impact of the Internet, the traditional store been a huge hit, have shut shop at risk.Also is furniture industry, we often hear a loud voice in the industry- the business is increasingly difficult.If we carefully think about a problem: today the consumers have more channels to choose product, why should those more mature and busy consumer walk into your store ? The answer is simple, because people need to try it by themselves. This is the answer, that s because of experience. So the biggest advantage of the terminal is that to give consumers a real sense of the experience, so in the specific design of the terminal stores must be integrated into the experience of thinking.In this paper, theoretical research and case study method are combined.First of all,the paper introduces the research background, leads the research content and analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign related research which lay the foundation of this paper. Then,the paper explains the concepts about terminal stores and brand experience and focus on the research on branded sofa franchised store experiential design.The process can be described as follow.The sofa terminal stores constituent elements include brand experience, product experience, service experience and ambient experience.To the consumers, the experience in terminal sofa stores can be divided of several points,each point is filled with different elements and plays a different role.Then,the paper summarizes the experience in consumer psychology qualitative evaluation.In this paper, the theory based on the analysis of the sofa brand experience stores terminal contacts- point of interaction- form- Type- Effective building content.In the practical part of the study, the article by actual research, to recognize the status of the domestic terminal sofa brand experience stores, to a mature brand case studies currently present in the store experience to build a terminal proposed for the effective end sofa brand stores experience points to enhance the design and comprehensive sofa brand experience stores to build a model. With specific methodology, and then proceed from a business perspective, describing the overall experience from front to back design flow, especially for terminal store experience with the use of selected topics; Finally, the actual work cases, for example, in accordance with experience design process and summarize the entire customer contact model terminal stores design practice.
