Research On The Correlation Between Intellectual Property Right In High-tech Enterprises And Enterprises Performance

In the era of knowledge economy,intangible assets for the enterprise performance contribution will far exceed the intangible asset,and thus become the key resources of enterprises.The new high-tech enterprise is the high tech based enterprises,the intangible assets of enterprises,especially the intangible assets of the requirements are very high.Intangible assets of high-tech enterprises,high-tech enterprises are basic resources is survival,core resources are also of high tech enterprises.Intellectual property rights of intangible assets can form the technical barriers of the enterprise,to prevent other enterprises to imitate,thus forming the barriers to competition,make the high-tech enterprises in the leading position in the industry,access to the industry's excess return.So the intellectual property rights of intangible assets is the core resource of hi-tech enterprises,the intangible assets of intellectual property of high-tech enterprises is very necessary.This paper aims to study effects on the performance of high-tech enterprise's intellectual property rights in high tech enterprises intangible assets,to find the mechanism of the effect of intellectual property rights in high tech enterprises intangible assets for the high-tech enterprise performance,and then explore the impact of intellectual property categories of assets for the high-tech enterprise performance is how,how is the influence degree how can,and intangible assets a better service to the high-tech enterprise performance.In order to explore the answers to these three questions,the author first in a large number of research on correlation between intangible assets and respectively in the thesis,domestic and overseas two kind of review,in the domestic and foreign literature on the basis of comprehensive combing,find out the research ideas and research problems.In the second chapter of this article,for this thesis by the use of the concept and basic principle of explanation.In the third chapter,the author mainly analyzes the concept of high-tech enterprises and high-tech enterprises and the characteristics of the status quo,and on this basis,according to the features of intangible assets of high-tech enterprises.In the fourth chapter of this article,for the impact of intellectual property rights in high tech enterprises intangible assets for the high-tech enterprise performance of normative research,lay the foundation for the next chapter of empirical studies.In the fifth chapter,is the corepart of this paper,for the empirical study on the influence of intellectual property rights in high tech enterprises intangible assets for the enterprise performance.In the fifth chapter,is the core part of this paper,for the empirical study on the influence of intellectual property rights in high tech enterprises intangible assets for the enterprise performance.In this chapter,through the comparison of the empirical analysis,draw three conclusions: first,both for the high-tech enterprises and non high-tech enterprises,intangible assets to the enterprise achievements were greater than fixed assets,but the high-tech enterprises is more outstanding;second,intangible assets is the greatest impact on performance of high-tech enterprise,far more than other types of intangible assets;third,for the high-tech enterprises,intellectual property rights of intangible assets is the key resources of high-tech enterprise excess profits,and for non high tech enterprises,corporate goodwill is the primary resource for non high tech enterprise excess return.In this paper,the sixth chapter puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the protection and management of intellectual property rights and how to carry out the high and new technology enterprise intangible assets,and to study the future of high-tech enterprise intellectual property intangible assets was prospected.
